The KZ team consists of a distributed network of business professionals with deep expertise in a variety of different functions.  The distributed and fractional nature of KZ Management enables quick engagement teams to come together based on client need while maintaining a low overhead.  Our network represents hundreds of years of business experience, and we’ve yet to meet a business we couldn’t help.  Helping small business is our passion.

 

Andy Carrabus 

Born and raised in the northeast and educated at Villanova University, Andy started his career as an Officer in the United Sates Marine Corps. Now with over thirty years of experience as a CEO, CFO, GM, President, Successful Business Owner, and Consultant, Andy has had the unparalleled opportunity to work in a variety of industries over his career and brings a wide range of financial and management expertise to bear on the day to day operational and financial needs of any company. He has made a career of driving and managing the kind of financially grounded, data driven operational change that creates growth within the company and the individuals who make up that company. That growth fuels top line sales and develops a strong bottom line return. Andy is a member of MENSA, and in his spare time, volunteers as a mentor for Big Brothers.

J. Amador 

J. Amador hails from the Santa Fe area of New Mexico, and has traveled the world seeking opportunity and learning from experts in various fields in his quest for continuous self-improvement.  In his first semester of college, a self-assessment identified areas for improvement which lead to his joining the Army.  He then went on to complete his BA in Psychology, a MBA with dual concentrations in Marketing and Management of Technology, and later a MS in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.

He has provided services to companies ranging from Dot-Com startups to multi-billion global consulting, all the while applying data-driven decision methodology.  As a consultant to GM Mexico, he lead a quantitative quality-improvement initiative that resulted in that Billion dollar plant’s first ever defect-free surprise audit.  He has successfully lead marketing organizations in local and global markets, always with an eye to efficiency, ROI, and Metrics – “Marketing by Numbers” – and knows the importance of partnering with other functional areas within the organization to achieve holistic, enduring results.
